Important registration and enrollment dates for NEW and RETURNING students for the 2021-2022 school year

Online enrollment and document submission for NEW to Sealy ISD students grades PK-12 for the 2021-22 is open now through July 23, 2021.

RETURNING student and NEW student on-line enrollment and registration will reopen on July 27, 2021. 

All campus offices will once again be open for in-person registration appointments beginning July 27, 2021.

Our Pre-K tuition program registration for 21-22 has closed. Individuals who do not qualify for our state-mandated, free PK program that would like to attend our PK tuition-based program will be placed on a waiting list at this time and will be notified by September 1, 2021 if there is a seat for their child in our tuition program. Student Enrollment and Registration Information for the 2021-22 School Year 

    

How to Register and Enroll your Student at Sealy ISD 2021-22


New Students (without any siblings currently enrolled at Sealy ISD)

  • Step #1 Register your child

    • Create an account on Sealy ISD’s Ascender Parent Portal: 

      • Complete the available online registration forms 

    • Submit the needed registration documents (see black paw below) by either:

      • Uploading them as part of the on-line registration process or;

      • Calling the campus office and scheduling an in-person appointment

 
  • Step #2 Enroll your child

    • Log back into the Ascender Parent Portal once your child has been registered

      • When asked, enter your child’s Portal ID (campus will share this with you)

      • Complete the remaining on-line enrollment forms 


New Students (with siblings at Sealy ISD, parent already has an existing Ascender Parent Portal account)

  • Login to your parent portal account:

    • Use last year’s login information, please follow the prompts. Email registration@sealyisd.com or call your campus office for assistance if needed

    • You must use the same email you used last year or follow the prompts to update your email 

  • Step #1 Register and add your NEW student to your existing account 

    • Submit the needed registration documents (see black paw below) by either:

      •  Uploading them as part of the on-line registration process or;
      • Calling the campus office and scheduling an in-person appointment

  • Step #2 Enroll your child

    • Log back into the Ascender Parent Portal once your child has been registered by the campus

      • When asked, enter your child’s Portal ID (campus will share this with you)

      • Complete the remaining on-line enrollment forms

 
  • Step #3 Complete the yearly enrollment process for your returning students


Returning Students

  • Log in to your parent portal account:

    • Use last year’s login information, please follow the prompts. Email registration@sealyisd.com or call your campus office for assistance if needed

    • You must use the same email you used last year or follow the prompts to update your email 

    • Once enrolled, student portal IDs stay the same and do not change

  • Follow the steps to enroll your student(s) for the new school year


***Please note, no student (returning or new) will receive a teacher name or schedule prior to completing all forms and links included in the online registration process***



Troubleshooting: The email you use for your Ascender account must match the email you have listed in our system.  If they do not match, this may be a reason why you are unable to complete the registration process.
