Sealy ISD Volunteer Procedure

• Sealy ISD’s safety protocol will require volunteers to register (or re-register) annually.

• All volunteers serving on or off-campus during or after the instructional day must register with the district using the district volunteer form, which can be found on the district website under the parent/student tab.

• Sealy ISD’s Raptor system (at each campus) provides protection for our Sealy ISD students, staff, volunteers, and visitors, prioritizing the safety and security of our entire Sealy ISD family.

Volunteer Registration

Step 1: Complete the district-required volunteer registration:

• You can find the link to register on our district homepage.

• Click on the parent/student tab and scroll to the bottom.

• You will find the Volunteer Application link.

Step 2: Once registered:

• Contact your campus volunteer organization to sign up for specific activities.

Step 3: Check in at the front office the day/morning of event:

• Be sure to have your ID/driver’s license with you.

• Campus secretary will scan your ID/driver’s license through our Raptor Technology System.
